Hi All!

I' trying out the new flock web browser. I'm blogging from the blog editor on my home page of flock rather than my actual site. Apparently when I hit publish it will send it to my site and publish it. It is pretty cool so far.

Well I'm about to hit publish let's see how this works...

So, I made, what I consider, my first fancy schmancy meal! For the appetizer, I made crab cakes in a lemon beurre blanc sauce.

Then I made a Salmon in Lemon Brodetto with Pea Puree. It was a recipe from the food network!

That's not my picture, sadly I forgot to take one before Alex devoured it!

Hi all! It's about 6:35 in the morning. Lately whenever I have a bad dream, I literally wake up like those people you see in the movies gasping for air. And well since I have asthma, waking up heaving for breath is not fun. I don't have to take my inhaler or anything, just calm down really quickly. I don't care to talk about the dream a lot of it I don't remember anyway.

Anyway moving on. Since I'm up, I figured I'd talk a little. Usually Alex is the one up this early! On the couch watching tv. But it's me instead this morning. Listening to smooth jazz on the tv and talking to you.

Alex is back to training. They scheduled him for his first fight next month.

I went online and looked up all the books and stuff for my classes. Over 500 bucks. It was crazy! I decided to take Chemistry next semester and music appreciation instead so I can still get my full amount of financial aid. It's insane you know!

Anyway Chloe is watching Wonder Pets...again.

Hi all!

So I'm officially a stay at home mommy again. It came about in a complicated manner. But after a lot of prayer and talking it over with Alex I realized I'm better off at home!

I've been enjoying having Alex at home these last few weeks.

Chloe's birthday is in a week. We went and saw our cousins newborn twins today at the hospital. Two precious baby girls.

Brittany is still at her mom's. She seems to be enjoying herself.

Chloe and I got sick from swimming in this lake we go to every year. We had to talk to the Department of Health and everything.

So! I did it! I registered for classes! It was tough and frustrating and I'm kind of nervous, because I saw this thing talking about time sheet for payments and since I registered today on the first day of registration I have to make a payment by July 5.

Only thing is that my tuition is getting paid for by grants, so I don't know how that is going to work. I don't want to lose my classes that I registered for (it said anything unpaid for would be deleted the next day).

Today I put in my two week notice at my job.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I simply told them that I had decided to explore my educational opportunities full time. They were very understanding about it.

I read something last night that said, the older you get the less you dream in your sleep.

I believe that coincides with the dreams of our hearts. Why is it that the older we get the more we loose our dreams. Or the more they evolve?

Evolving dreams are not so bad I suppose. Sometime, the older you get things happen in your life to where you have to kind of tweak your dreams. Sometimes the become bigger, sometimes they become more than your own.

So,

How is everyone doing this evening. I've got to tell you I've been better. I made some calls today at work that threw me for a loop. Naturally, I get into the business of the conversation, but it made me think of some things.

For those close to me, you know that there are some things I'm getting ready to change. Sorry to be so cryptic, but I have to be for now.

So let's see, what's going on.....

Work has been ok. I got my transcript evaluation. Just about all of my credits transferred over. I'm going back to school! I'll be able to register in a few weeks! I'm so excited.

I had so much to write about, now I've totally drawn a blank.

Oh! Memorial Day Weekend was good! No kids! They came back on Memorial Day! We had a fish fry. It was good!
